These terms cover using bkjunkco.ca and booking junk removal with BK Junk Co. ("we," "us," "our"), whether that's through the website or by phone. Using the site or asking for a quote means you're agreeing to these terms.
Quotes
Any quote we give you, whether it's through the website or over the phone, is an estimate based on what you've told us and any photos you sent. We confirm the real price once we actually see the job, since how much stuff there is and what kind can change things.
What we can remove
We'll take household and business junk, furniture, appliances, and stuff like that, at our discretion. We can't take hazardous materials, things like asbestos, propane tanks, paint, chemicals, and other regulated waste. We can also turn down a job or an item if it's not safe or not something we're allowed to dispose of.
Scheduling and access
We book appointment times directly with you by phone, text, or email. Sometimes weather, traffic, or getting to the job site causes delays. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
Payment
Payment's due once the job's done, unless we've worked out something different ahead of time. We'll confirm how you can pay when we book you in.
Website content
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to BK Junk Co., so please don't copy or reuse them without asking first. We do our best to keep everything on here accurate, but we can't promise it's 100% error-free at all times.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, BK Junk Co. isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using this website. That said, nothing here overrides any liability that Ontario or Canadian law says can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
